3D perspectives
All work starts with either hand drawn plans, AutoCAD DWG’s or built 3D models. With the clients brief in mind, multiple draft renders are produced to get the best camera angle. Once decided, the camera is locked off and materials are applied to the building. Popular paint manufacturer’s colours such as Taubmans, Resene and Dulux can easily be matched as well as brick and tiles surfaces from masonry manufacturers. The model is then lit using a special ‘”3D Sun ’” and finally vegetation and other 3D props from an extensive library are added to produce the final render. Images can be rendered out from web size through to A3 or even poster/banner size depending on the clients needs. Client location is not an issue as most clients are based interstate. All mark-ups/changes are done via the internet including final delivery.
